Meetings
of Rayne Parish Council
Rayne Parish Council meetings are held on the first Monday of each month.
Meetings are held in the Old School Room, Shalford Road.
Meetings start at 19:30.
Villagers are welcome to attend and tell councillors of any issue that may
concern them or comment on a planning application in the Public Forum prior to
the start of the meeting.
A hearing loop is also provided during meetings.
Agendas and Minutes are published on the village noticeboards. These are
located outside the Village Hall on Gore Road, The Post Office along The Street
and at the entrance to Rayne Primary School on Capel Road.
Any Ad Hoc meetings will be notified via the Noticeboards as and when.

A meeting of the electorate to discuss issues that affect the Parish. A number of representatives from other Authorities will be present. Please refer to the Parish Magazine for more information.

Any Committee or Ad-hoc Public Meetings will be notified via the noticeboards as and when required.
The public and press are cordially invited to be present.
All meetings contain a public forum – a short period of time for members of the community to raise issues or question Councillors on any subject relating to the village.
