Planning applications are viewed by the Parish Council for comment before being assessed by Braintree District Council's Planning Department. Applications are discussed during the monthly Parish Council Meeting,or, where the deadline falls outside of the time scale for monthly meetings, by a meeting of the Planning Sub-Committee.

Where possible we will publish on this site applications for a three month period.
Brief details will be given of the application and the relevant application number.
