LOCAL POLICING TEAMS

From a policing point of view Essex Police consists of 15 districts. Each district has a District Commander who is responsible for policing in that district, including their respective Neighbourhood Policing Teams.

A little confusingly, the Essex Police website states that Rayne is part of the 'Three Fields' Neighbourhood Policing Team, although our neighbourhood contact is Pc Chris Brooksbank of Great Notley Policing Team.

If you need to speak to Pc Chris Brooksbank it may be useful to quote his collar number over the phone which is 2725

There is also a mobile phone number : 07973 703810
Mobile phone numbers are provided so that you can speak to your local officers about local issues, not for reporting crimes and incidents, which must continue to be reported via 999 (emergency) or 0300 333 4444 (non-emergency).

Laura Hearn has now left the area and Police Community Support Officer 70403 Aaron Tansley is now PCSO for Rayne. He can be contacted using the mobile number and email: aaron.tansley@essex.pnn.police.uk

Here is a link to the Great Notley Policing Team page on the Essex Police website .
